Property prices are strange. Let's make a game of them.

PropGuess shows you recently sold homes around Britain and asks what you think they went for. No spreadsheets, no estate-agent jargon — just five satisfying guesses and one honest score.

The location changes every day. Major cities appear more often, with regional, coastal and smaller-city rounds mixed in to keep the market unpredictable.

Survival mode opens up the whole market. You get three lives and a stream of homes from around the country; stay within 20% of each sale price to keep your run alive, then see how long you can last.

The current rotation spans England, Scotland and Wales. Northern Ireland will join once we have a dependable address-level sold-price source for it.

Property facts and imagery are sourced from Rightmove and Zoopla with permission. Sold prices are recorded after completion and may appear after a registration delay.
