What the game stores

Daily can be played without an account. Survival creates a random browser owner token in a secure, HTTP-only cookie so the server can restore your active run without exposing sold prices. We store guesses, scores and run progress, but do not ask for your name, email address or full identity.

Analytics

Vercel Analytics supplies anonymous page and referral totals without third-party cookies. PostHog, hosted in the EU, measures deliberate product events such as starting a game, submitting a guess, finishing a run and sharing a result. We never send property addresses, raw prices, session IDs, share codes, payment IDs or cookie values.

Until you allow analytics, PostHog uses session-memory only and stores no durable analytics identifier on your device. If you accept, it can use local storage and a first-party cookie to recognise a returning anonymous browser. You can change that choice at any time: Cookie settings.

Payments

Stripe processes the optional one-time remove-ads payment. We do not receive your card details. After Stripe verifies payment, PropGuess stores a signed HTTP-only entitlement cookie in your browser so the ad-free version keeps working.

Your choices

You can clear PropGuess site data in your browser at any time. For access, correction or deletion questions, email hello@propguess.com. We retain operational and anonymous analytics data only for as long as it is useful and required for the service.
